What is Business Contract Hire?
Business Contract Hire is a financing method used by sole traders, partnerships and limited companies which allows them to claim back some or all of the VAT on the monthly rental.
With BCH, the business pats an upfront deposit and then a fixed monthly rental for the vehicle. Typically the contract is between 24-60 months and is based on an agreed annual mileage. At the end of the contract the vehicle is returned to the finance provider, taking the worry and hassle of vehicle disposal away.
